Bob Wallen joined Centerville Properties as a partner in 1991 and focuses on property management, leasing and sales. Mr. Wallen came to Centerville with vast management experience at all levels. Mr. Wallen worked in both corporate staff and field positions with American Airlines for 16 years, and later with Montgomery Ward. Just prior to joining Centerville Mr. Wallen demonstrated his entrepreneurial skills as an active owner/operator of small businesses in the Chicago suburbs, and he is currently a joint owner of a fine dining restaurant.
Mr Wallen attended Northern Illinois University where he earned his BS in Business and then his MBA in Management. Bob brings experience in the field of construction, property management, and development. Mr. Wallen is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and is an active volunteer at the Elgin Academy.
