 Craig Krandel joined Centerville Properties as in-house counsel and partner in 1999. Mr. Krandel was formerly a partner at the Law Offices of Weisz and Michling in Woodstock, IL and continues his expertise in the field of real estate law at Centerville Properties. Craig's experience in land entitlement, subdivision, and contractual law has proven to be a dependable resource.
Mr. Krandel earned a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois - Champaign in 1981 and a JD from the DePaul College of Law. He continues to be an active member of the Woodstock community with his involvement as a member of the Woodstock EDC, McHenry County Conservation District, and the Board of the Greater Woodstock Baseball Association.
