Fadi S. Abu Manneh

Fadi S. Abu Manneh is Centerville's newest partner, focusing his efforts on development activities for Centerville Properties. Since 2002, Fadi's work has been predominately associated with ground up retail development and re-development of underutilized sites. During that time, Fadi has been successful in the development of over 250,000 square feet of retail product, with emphasis on neighborhood retail throughout the Midwest. Projects include work with national and regional retailers such as Walgreen, ALDI, Jiffy Lube, Tuffy/CarX, Dunkin Donuts, Chase Bank, LaSalle Bank and Sherwin Williams. Prior to his role with Centerville Properties, Fadi worked for Preferred Development.

Fadi received his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Investments from DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. He also received a Bachelors of Science in Finance from DePaul University. In addition, he is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Urban Land Institute.

Fadi resides in Palos Hills, IL with his wife Natalie of two years.
