Initially gaining momentum in small business ventures including dry cleaning, Mr Dunham transitioned from a tenant to a landlord, forming Centerville Properties in 1986. While overseeing the construction activities, Jeff continues to pull from his entrepreneurial skills to guide the future growth of the company in addition to maintaining joint ownership in fine dining restaurants.
Mr. Dunham attended McHenry County College and Northern Illinois University where he studied business. Jeff Dunham is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
