 Linda Kost joined Centerville Properties in 2004 as a partner bringing with her over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and expertise. Ms. Kost's career continues today with a strong emphasis on national and regional tenants.
Ms. Kost began her career at Coldwell Banker Commercial as a Senior Leasing Specialist with an emphasis in landlord representation. The relationships established at Coldwell Banker led to her move to the Crown Group in Hoffman Estates where she spent 15 years as a retail partner specializing in site acquisition, retail development, and leasing in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. Development client's include Dominick's, Walgreen's, Piggly Wiggly, True Value, Ace Hardware, Blockbuster Video and The Great Escape.
Linda earned a BA in Political Science at Miami University in Oxford, OHIO. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors. Linda recently served as President of the PTA at the Fox River Country Day Schools and is an active volunteer at the Elgin Academy.
